Event Spark in the Park

Centennial Parklands Dining’s Event Team hosted another successful Spark in the Park on Friday, April 22.

The Events Team launched Spark in the Park as a series that allows event planners to network, while learning about industry trends.

The recent Spark in the Park event featured guest speaker Natasha Cannon, joint Managing Director of the Executive Assistant Network. Natasha shared her top ten event practices with our guests, highlighting key factors that all event planners should be across when managing an event or conference.

Guests on the day were treated to a selection of canapés created by head chef Arkin Baretto, including goats cheese with honey and lavender flower on beetroot crisps and truffle infused wild mushroom aracini, whilst sipping on sparkling rosè.

Prior to the formalities of the event, guests helped themselves to a beautifully styled grazing station which included slow cooked glazed lamb shoulder with chimichurri and Israeli couscous; steam roasted barramundi wrapped in leek with shaved fennel, lotus crisps and roasted red capsicums stuffed with arobro rice with pomodoro sauce and goats cheese.
