EAN Indoor Skydiving Soiree Perth

iFLY Perth and Executive Assistant Network came together to host the executive assistants on the 2nd of August 2018 for a night of drinks, nibbles and flying! We saw 30 odd EAs come in to network, socialize and take on the challenge of indoor skydiving for the closed private event. It was a night of laughs, fun, cheers and a platform for us to show off indoor skydiving as a networking and celebration destination.

The night started with complimentary transport generously supplied by Ground Transport Solutions, taking the guests from the city and over to iFLY Perth. Natasha Cannon from EAN was the MC and set the tone, while the iFLY Perth staff ensure the night was magical. Once all the guests arrived and checked-in, Instructors Leigh, Mogo and Ivan put on an incredible show with demos. First, they all entered the tunnel and disappearing to the top, creating a sense of curiosity on the flight deck, only to come down fast, showing off the high level skill flying with twists, turn, flips and tricks and general fun play inside the tunnel.

The we had tunnel inspections, we’re 5 guests at a time can walk on the net to see what they’re getting themselves into. Once the nerves built up, the EAs were separated into three groups of 10. Each group then began their pre-flight training, safety briefing and gear up. This was followed by the main event… the FLYING. Lots of happy faces, smiles and a few exhilarated WOO’s! It was great to see everyone flying, including the ones who initially were too nervous to fly, then love it and even opt for the high fly (Were we zoom them to the top of the three storey tunnel).
