Challenge to all EAN Members- Get set for a new financial year!

Can you believe it’s May already! Another financial year almost gone!

This month, we’d like to change things up a bit- and set all EAN members a challenge!

Now we’d all like to be able to look back over the last financial year and say that, financially, we were operating like a well-oiled machine… but if you look at things honestly and decide you could have been doing things smarter (and you certainly won’t be alone), let’s make sure we are not saying the same thing this time next year!

No matter what your circumstances or stage in life, now is the ideal time to fine tune your affairs to make sure next year everything is working to get you where you want to be financially.

There’s loads of simple things you can do to get things running smoothly.

• Set (and stick to) a budget,

• Make sure your Super is invested appropriately for your age and attitude to investment risk,

• Start a savings plan,

• Review your insurances, loans and investments

• Set some long-term goals!

So, this is our challenge to you: Don’t let another year slip by. Get yourself on track financially and get to where you want to be. The earlier you start on the smart path, the faster you’ll get there.
