Take into consideration where your delegates and speakers will be coming from and how they’re going to get to the venue. It’s vital that the venue you choose has easy access to major motorways and ample parking, preferably on the venue grounds. With domestic air travel growing by the day some delegates coming from the further reaches of Australia or abroad may choose to fly, so a venue with an airport shuttle also makes sense.

A good work / relax mix. It’s important to keep your attendees motivated and engaged. A good way to accomplish this is to choose a venue that offers Team Building events. Golf, the ultimate business tool is a great way to get out of the work environment and into the fresh air for an afternoon. Alternatively if the weather isn’t playing nicely, a venue with activities inside is a great option.
