Online Booking Portal Once you have opened an account, which is a quick and easy process, you can manage all Ground Transport around Australia from the comfort of your own PC. You can do the following online using Hughes’ brand-new portal:
Make new bookings
Edit existing bookings
Cancel existing bookings
Oversee all past, current and future bookings
Track vehicles live via the GPS link (from 30 minutes prior to pick up time)
Receive chauffeur and vehicle registration details as soon as a chauffeur is allocated to a transfer
Modify the booking overview to suit your requirements
Manage passenger’s profiles, including adding frequently used addresses
Set up new users to access the Hughes Online Portal

Automated SMS Message with GPS Tracking
30 minutes prior to a pickup, Hughes sends an automated SMS to the passenger with the chauffeurs’ name, vehicle make, model, colour, registration and a link to track the vehicle via GPS. The Hughes direct 1300 number is also listed in case the passenger needs to contact the office for any reason.
This automated SMS can be sent to multiple mobiles, including the passengers EA if required. This can all be arranged at the time of booking.
The GPS link remains live right until the Hughes chauffeur has dropped the passenger off at their destination, meaning you can track the vehicle from your phone or PC to ensure the passenger gets to where they need to go on time and safely.
Automated Email Confirmations
As soon as a booking is made either via the online portal or through a Hughes office, an automated email confirmation will be sent. At the time of booking, you can decide who the email confirmation goes to.
Secondary SMS is Sent for Airport Pick-ups
One of the biggest issues travellers have is trying to locate their chauffeur at a busy airport. Hughes has introduced an automated SMS that goes to the traveller when they land advising where their Hughes chauffeur is waiting for them. This saves any stress and wasted time that comes from not being able to locate the chauffeur once you land.

Hughes has the latest Premium sedans, including BMW 7 Series, Mercedes S Class and Audi A8’s. Hughes also has the latest model SUV’s, vans, people movers, buses and coaches that can all be booked through your online portal, via email or over the phone.
