food&desire at The Birdcage, 2019
Arguably the most wanted ticket in town each November, food&desire had the pleasure of being asked to cater in The Birdcage at this year’s Melbourne Cup Carnival, which included the likes of Kennedy, 1 Oliver St, Elle (Magazine), Schweppes Marquees and VRC’s newest addition, the Birdbath Bar.
Bespoke and customised experiences were key in making a memorable hospitality experience - from a decadent and interactive Eden Mess, a non-alcoholic hydration station, to a DIY Vodka and Citrus Bars - food&desire did not shy away when asked to push the boundaries.
