Quay is one of Australia’s most awarded and celebrated restaurants. Set in the heart of Sydney Harbour, Quay has arguably the best views of any restaurant in Australia, with a spectacular panorama that takes in Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Captivating the imagination of the critics and the dining public alike is Quay’s nature-based menu created by innovative Executive Chef Peter Gilmore.
Bennelong
Australian produce and wine take center stage at Bennelong restaurant in the sails of the Sydney Opera House. With one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs Peter Gilmore at the helm, this award winning restaurant proudly showcases the flavour, diversity and quality of Australian produce. Bennelong is most definitely one of the most celebrated and adored dining rooms in Australia.
OTTO Sydney
Situated in the spectacular surrounds of the Finger Wharf at Woolloomooloo, OTTO Sydney is a restaurant with a fiercely loyal clientele and a seemingly unassailable reputation as a power dining institution. OTTO remains a Sydney favourite for over 15 years.
The Larder
The Larder is a relaxed, friendly eatery next door to its sister restaurant OTTO, on the Finger Wharf at Woolloomooloo, exhibiting OTTO’s pedigree but with its own, humbler style. The menu presents simple, seasonal food that is ideal to share with friends and with the option to BYO offers even more flexibility and comfort.
OTTO Brisbane
Nestled on the fourth floor atrium of DEXUS Property Group’s 480 Queen Street premium office in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, OTTO Brisbane overlooks the Brisbane River to the iconic Story Bridge. Of course, OTTO Brisbane shares the same values of sister restaurant, the iconic OTTO Sydney: CBD waterside and city views, serving great Australian ingredients in a modern Italian style, capturing occasion and place.
The Bridge Room
Restaurant of the Year, The Bridge Room, is owned by Ross and Sunny Lusted together with Fink Group. Lusted’s menu evolves constantly, influenced by his travels throughout Asia and Europe with many dishes prepared over binchotan charcoal and slow smoked in the Japanese Robata style. The interplay of vivid flavours and textures is a feature of his unique cooking style.
Firedoor
Co-owned with Chef Lennox Hastie, Firedoor serves seasonally driven food that has been cooked over wood coals and presented simply, allowing the quality of the produce and aroma of the embers to do the talking. Located in Surry Hills, Firedoor is the only fire-powered restaurant in Australia, and quite possibly the most unique.
Beach Byron Bay
Located high on the dunes overlooking Byron Bay’s Julian Rocks with panoramic views of the ocean and hinterland, Beach Byron Bay is co-owned with restaurateurs Ben and Belinda Kirkwood. The restaurant celebrates and showcases the best of beach dining with a passion for great food, seasonality and a relaxed atmosphere.
