DARE THE BOSS IS BACK AGAIN FOR 2017 – TIME TO START DARING!

Something you may know about the leaders of Executive Assistant Network is that they are avid supporters of Children’s Cancer Institute. Something you may not know is that this year 950 families in Australia will hear the words “your child has cancer.” Every week, 3 Australian children will die of cancer. 50 years ago cancer was a nearly always a death sentence, now 8 out of 10 children survive their cancer. But almost all of them will carry life long side effects. Executive Assistant Network doesn’t think this is good enough.

Children’s Cancer Institute is the only independent medical research facility wholly dedicated to curing childhood cancer. Executive Assistant Network are dedicated to support Children’s Cancer Institute in their efforts to find a cure for all children. EAN have partnered with them to advocate their national campaign “Dare the Boss” and invite all members of Executive Assistant Network to get involved and start daring.

Dare the Boss is a unique fun way for you, your boss and team to raise vital funds for Children’s cancer research. The concept is simple, pick a daring challenge for you and/ or your team or boss to do, raise money to do this crazy dare and then do the dare!

Registrations open in June and it is recommended you do your dare in September to coincide with International Childhood Cancer Awareness month or you can choose a time that suits you. The physical ability level is whatever you desire and the goal is yours to shoot for the stars.

Last year our noble leader Natasha Cannon took on the Haunted House and with the help of her team and generous supporters raised an amazing $8000. In 2017, EAN hope to better that result, stay tuned for July edition when we announce our new dare challenge!
