As a Psychologist, international leadership and team development specialist, author, award-winning international coach and motivational speaker, Caryn coaches and trains audiences of thousands each year on various Continents around the world.

She is at the helm of Pure Magic International Business Solutions (Leadership, People and Organisational development specialists) and works in Australia, Africa and the South Pacific Region, (specifically Fiji), where she develops CEO’s, leaders and teams and is the recipient of 8 international and national Awards for her work in this space.

As an executive coach, she helps CEO’s and senior executives thrive and in 2017, she coached the Australian CEO of the Year.

Caryn and her team also run a range of Programs under their Empowering Women to Thrive Program Series.  Comprised of an online Program, Women’s Retreats, Coaching and a 12-stage face to Face Empowering Women to Thrive at Work Program, this Program was recently run in Master Builders Association with unequalled success and it is now being run in legal and construction companies, community based Organisations and Councils and a large Government body.

In 2005 Caryn helped the federal Government set up the 1800 RESPECT line that still operates today and spent almost a year training 900 counsellors to take calls on the line. 

She writes regular articles for the local and international media, and is often approached by Boards of Organisations and Women’s Groups to help them bring about change and implement successful and robust strategies into their Organisations.

Lastly, she is a sought after key-note and conference speaker, talking at approximately 25 Conferences each year both within Australia and internationally.
