Avestar has been looking after the AV needs of event organisers at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach for the last 6 years and is delighted to be awarded the contract for another 3 years, starting January 1, 2018.

It is exciting times at the hotel as Avestar will be upgrading the entire in-house AV system, ensuring that Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach has the latest and best technology including a dedicated Video Conference room, Barco ClickShare Wireless Connectivity, SMARTKapp Capture Boards, Laser Projectors and the ability to now share visual and audio content from their ballroom to overflow rooms.

Avestar was at the hotel the other day and found out that Crowne Plaza Coogee has also teamed up with a local brewing company to further enhance their meeting and event offerings. Originally from Maroubra, Lost Boys Brewing are a local success story. A local beer, crafted by local boys, Nick, Jake and Joe from Lost Boys Brewing are childhood friends who spent their youth on the sand at Coogee. Their beer is now on tap at Oceans dining & drinks. You can take your meeting or event to another level with The Lost Boys Backyard Pop-Up, this includes a complimentary 1-hour beer tasting and food matching where you get to meet The Lost Boys themselves and hear their inspirational story.
